01Do I need e-commerce experience?+

For senior CRO and Conversion Manager roles, yes. For design, engineering, and creative roles, deep e-commerce experience is a bonus. A strong portfolio, sharp thinking, and genuine curiosity still matter more than a perfect resume.

02Where is the team based?+

We are remote-first across DACH and Europe, with people around Hamburg, Berlin, and other cities. The operating rhythm is remote, but the whole company gathers in person three times a year.

03How dynamic are the open roles?+

Very dynamic. Open positions are pulled from the live careers system, so the page can change several times a year without redesigning the careers page.

04What happens during the hiring process?+

You go through a short application, an intro call, a craft case, a team day, and then an offer decision. We keep each step timeboxed and give clear feedback.

05What is the company language?+

English is the default for written work and most meetings. German is useful with some clients, but it is not required for every role.

06Will I work directly with clients?+

Yes. Operators work close to client teams and founder-level stakeholders. We do not hide behind layers of account management.

Two founders. Both still operate.

No layer of managers between them and the work. They read the memos, critique the thinking, and stay close to delivery.
